Our projects
Loft Paris France
The beautiful French capital, famous the world over and the world's leading tourist destination, has a superb loft in the 11th arrondissement that will appeal to anyone with a taste for Parisian charm. With 722 m² of living space, including a 115 m² living room, 180 m² of terraces and outdoor areas such as the patio or private courtyard, four bedrooms, 4 toilets, 4 bathrooms, cellar, spa centre with heated swimming pool, etc., this loft is a dream for anyone who loves Parisian charm.
Loft Bordeaux France
A former garage transformed into a luxurious 600 m² loft arranged around a patio. A swimming pool separated from the living area by a huge pane of glass, a gym overlooking the pool, a billiards room with a view over the patio, a magnificent wine cellar, a large garage decorated to a high standard and a superb kitchen with the huge sign "I don't like to cook"... This loft is brimming with small and large details that make it a dream place.
Loft Londres UK
Located off London's Edgware Road, this former Pirelli tyre factory has been completely refurbished to create a cosy, light-filled loft. Bought two years ago, the warehouse had a dated décor and a single, huge room. But we saw the potential in the space and redesigned it.
Warm parquet flooring, antique mirrors, silver wallpaper and bold works of art take the loft away from its original industrial look and give it an eclectic, more feminine air, just like its current owner.
Loft Mallorca Espagne
With a living area of 260m2, this loft in the heart of a seaside resort in Mallorca offers an impressive volume with a ceiling height of 8 metres. It combines stone and modern materials to offer its occupants a Spanish lifestyle.
Loft Melbourne Australie
A Melbourne warehouse dating from the 1960s has been transformed into a creative townhouse with an eclectic interior design. Although this industrial warehouse lacks the features of other Victorian warehouses, the owners wanted to preserve everything that was original.
Loft Moscou Russie
It was in the Russian capital, Moscow, that our team took on the challenge of combining three previously adjoining homes into a single volume. The new layout is a resounding success, with charm and class predominating.
